Network connection

BD-Live discs can enable the downloading of extra 

content from the Internet. To enjoy on-line content, 

connect the Network socket of the UDP411 to a LAN 

port on your network router using an Ethernet patch 

cable (available from a computer supplies retailer) or 

configure the wirelss connection.
A local network with Internet connection is required. If 

you do not connect to the Internet through a router (e.g. 

you connect a single computer directly), please contact 

your Internet Service Provider or an IT professional 

regarding setting up a home network.

NOTE

When the player is powered on with no network 

configured, a pop-up is shown on-screen.

USB connection

USB memory devices (flash drives) can be used for 

media playback and are necessary for storage of 

downloaded BD-Live content. To enjoy BD-Live 

content, the following specification is recommended:
