Now that all of the more difficult aspects of assembly are complete, the final
step is to wire everything up. The majority of the cabling is colour coded with
arrows to help line up the plugs.
PAS/Throttle—Yellow
Handlebar display —Green
Motor—Black
Make sure that you line up the arrows before plugging everything in. Ensure
that there is enough slack for the cable around the handlebar so that in the
event that you need to make a sharp turn, the wires don
’
t stretch or are
potentially damaged.
Zip

tie any freely hanging cables to any suitable part of the frame so that they
don
’
t get caught on any of the moving parts on your bike. The final bike should
resemble the one pictured below. We have used white zip
-
ties in order for you
to more easily see an example of the aforementioned zip
-
tie locations.
