Passport Echo Viewer’s Guide

Displaying the General
Settings Menu

Press the SETTINGS key, then
press the A key.

(If QuickMenu is available, you
could alternatively press the
MENU key twice.)

Passport Echo displays the
General Settings menu.

Press the up or down arrow to
highlight a preference category
(e.g., My Preferences).

If the category is not expanded,
press SELECT to expand the
category.

Press the down arrow, if
necessary, to highlight the desired
preference (e.g., Favorite
Channels).

Press the right arrow or SELECT
to move to the next column to
adjust the preference settings.

Note: Helpful information for the

selected preference is
displayed in the upper-left
corner. Press the INFO key to
display additional pages of help
information, if available.

To return to the Preferences
column, press the left arrow.

Exiting the General
Settings Menu

Press the EXIT or SETTINGS or
MENU key.

The General Settings menu
disappears and the program on the
current channel is displayed.

Note: Pressing the LIST, GUIDE or

CH keys also exits from the
General Settings menu, with
