When receiving a message with a constant, the
received value will be checked against this value.
If the values differ, the message will be ignored
(little endian).

When receiving a message with a limit object, the
received value will be checked against the mini-
mum value. If the received value is lower than the
minimum value, the message will be ignored.
Maximum Value
When receiving a message with a limit object, the

the maximum value, the message will be ignored.
