The appliance does not defrost
properly� • Defective battery temperature
sensor� • Check the position and value of the
battery temperature sensor� Replace if
necessary�
• Air inlet/outlet blocked� • Remove blockage� Clean the evaporator
fins regularly�
The problems below could be a result of causes outside the appliance�
Carry out the following checks� Contact qualified personnel if problems persist�
PROBLEM ACTION
1 The appliance does not work When the appliance is restarted the
safety function for the compressor starts
the compressor after a 3 minute delay�
Check that the switch has switched off
and that the control unit is supplied with
power�
2 Low capacity Check whether the outdoor air inlet/out-
let is blocked� Check that the set point
temperature is not too high in cooling
mode or too low in heating mode�
