Demodulator

In the demodulator mode, the

RF In

is connected to the node B equipment and the unit will

demodulate the W-CDMA signal. The W-CDMA/HSPA+ demodulator has Code Domain
Power (CDP), HSPDA, Codogram and Modulation Summary screens.

Zoom Function

In CDP and Codogram measurements, the Zoom function can be activated to zoom in on
selected OVSF codes. The Zoom function can be set to start from a particular OVSF code.

Code Domain Power (CDP) Setup

The Code Domain Power (CDP) display includes spreading factor (OVSF codes) 256 or 512
with zoom in on codes. The instrument can zoom to 32, 64 and 128 codes and the user can
input the zoom code to start the zoom in from the entered OVSF codes. The demodulator also
displays CPICH, P-CCPCH, S-CCPCH, PICH, P-SCH and S-SCH power in the table format.
For W-CDMA/HSPA+ Demodulator, the HSPA+ codes are also displayed.
