b) PP-1171CNE (17:1 pump)
1. Loosen the handle and remove the packing.
2. Pull up the nuts and remove.
3. Loosen the head bolt and remove o-ring.
4. Loosen the four bolts and remove the air cylinder
and the o-rings from the air motor body.
5. Push the changeover body downward
6. Loosen the nuts and remove.
7. Loosen the valve shafts until its surface and the
surface of the changeover bar are at the same
level.
8. Lift the changeover rod and remove the following
parts.

9. Loosen the valve shafts and remove.
10. Remove the following parts.
- Changeover bar

Changeover body
-
Changeover rod
11. Remove the piston o-ring from the air piston.
