The Ax60+ O
2
Sensors can be checked to ensure that they accurately measure oxygen and displays the correct reading.
Analox can supply the following check kit:

Sensors is an easy task that does not require software input. It is suitable for only the standard Ax60+
option. Follow the procedure below:
NOTE:
IF THE OPTIONAL SENSOR SPLASHGUARD IS FITTED, REMOVE IT BEFORE CHECKING
AND/OR CALIBRATING THE SENSORS.

Ensure the Ax60+ is powered on and operating normally.

Fit the neoprene tubing (1817-5000) to the flow adaptor (8000-0910A).

Fit the flow adaptor into the aperture on the O2 Sensor (see below, left).

check gas bottle

Fit the regulator to the O2 low check gas bottle (see above, right).

Carefully open the regulator valve and allow the O2 low check gas to flow across the sensor.
Do not block the exit of the flow adaptor.
