7.8.5. CONTROLLER PROGRAMME
The controller program affects speed, braking, acceleration and deceleration of the chair.
The driving mode settings are programmed at the factory. If your reseller changes these settings,
please take note.
7.8.6. USAGE PRECAUTIONS
The R-net cannot take into account the circumstances which place the wheelchair or its
controller beyond their specified operating conditions, the user must therefore, follow the
following precautions:
Do not drive the wheelchair:
• Beyond the restrictions indicated in the wheelchair manual, for example in regards to
the maximum slope, the maximum height of the footpath etc.
• On surfaces where a loss of grip could be dangerous, for example, on a wet grassy
slope.
• If it is determined that the controller or other essential components needs to be
repaired.
WARNING !
Do not insert the plug in the wrong direction, you risk irreparable
damage to the electronic system. Make sure to position the cable
so that it does not get caught in the seat frame or the base of the
wheelchair.
WARNING !
Do not try to reprogram your chair yourself. This task must be
performed by the manufacturer of the electric wheelchair, an authorized
representative of the manufacturer or a qualified technician.
WARNING !

unexpected stopping of the chair or incorrect programming of the
control system, improper use of the wheelchair or its control system,
or if one of the criteria detailed in this document was not respected.
