Troubleshooting
The tips in this guide are listed in order of relevance. Try solution (a) before trying solution (b), etc.
Troubleshooting: Camera Setup / General Setup
During setup I have created my account but I cannot continue or I did not receive the Email verification Email.
a)
You must confirm your Email address before you can continue with the setup process. Check that your
mobile device has an active Internet connection.
b)
Check that the Email address used for your account is correct.
c)
Click Resend Email to have the email resent to the email address used for your account. The Email will
have a subject: Welcome to APOLLO
d)
Check your SPAM folder if you still have not received the Email.
e)
Confirm your Email address but clicking the Confirm Email button in the email from APOLLO.
I don’t see the Wi-Fi network broadcasted by the camera required for setup.
a)
Press the Setup button on the back of the camera and hold it for 3-5 seconds until the front power light
begins to blink.
