Check and sand the port area
In operation, air flows at very high speed
through the port and can cause whistling
noises if the port exit surfaces are not
completely smooth.
• Sand or file around the port perimeter
to remove any plaster that may have
adhered around the port opening
during installation.

Vacuum the port
• When the perimeter of the port is
completely smooth, use a vacuum
cleaner to remove any dust that may
have entered into the port.
