Over Temperature
During heat
disinfection the
unit has detected
a temperature of
the circulating
water that is
above the
maximum limit
and has aborted
the cycle for
safety
1. The fault may lie
with the heater,
circulating pump or
one of the
temperature
sensors. Only your
Healthcare provider
can check these
items.
2. To help check to
make sure that the
unit’s ventilation fan
is not obstructed or
the unit covered by
anything and
placed in a well
ventilated area at
ambient
temperature away
from any heat
sources.
1. Advise your Healthcare
Provider immediately, do not
try to carry out another heat
disinfection cycle
Pump fault
The unit has
detected a fault
with the internal
boost pump.
1. Switch the unit off
and isolate from the
mains
electrical
supply and turn the
water supply off.
1. Do not try to restart the
unit, contact your Healthcare
provider
immediately
for
advice and assistance.
