The System BIOS (E000h – FFFFh) can be shadowed. The settings are

Disabled.
The BIOS

Boot Sector Virus Protection
When enabled, the BIOS issues a warning when any program or virus issues a Disk Format command or
attempts to write to the boot sector of the hard drive. The settings are
Enabled
or
Disabled.
The BIOS
Setup and Power-On defaults are
Disabled.
If enabled, the following is displayed if there is an attempt to
write to the boot sector. You may have to type N several times to prevent the boot sector write.

The following is displayed if any program attempts to format any
cylinder, head, or sector of any hard disk drive via the BIOS INT 13

Cacheable ROM Area
This option permits the system BIOS and video BIOS to be not only
shadowed but also makes the memory segments cacheable as well for even
faster access. The settings are Disabled, Video (only the video BIOS
memory segment is cacheable), Main (only the system BIOS RAM memory
segment is cacheable), or Both (both memory segments can be cached).
Shadowing must be enabled before this option can take effect. The BIOS
Setup and Power-On defaults are Disabled. You must be reasonably certain
that the no application will write to the cached system BIOS or video
BIOS memory areas before you choose Video, Main, or Both.
