Format 

The BBV Star Card command string uses 
8 hexadecimal bytes; that is, each data byte is in 
hexadecimal format. For example, Hex 06 and 12 
represents decimal numbers 06 and 22 
respectively. 

Table 3 outlines the BBV Star Card format.
