Format
The Pelco-D command string uses 7 hexadecimal
bytes; that is, each data byte is in hexadecimal
format. For example, Hex 06 and 12 represents
decimal numbers 06 and 22 respectively.
Table 13 outlines the Pelco-D format.

– the synchronization byte, fixed to FF
Byte 2 (Camera Address) - logical address of the
camera being controlled (Address 1 is 01)

high speed) and FF for “turbo” speed (the maximum
pan speed that the device can go)
