Usage Conditions and Restrictions
CHECKING THE WOK AND PACKAGE CONTENTS
•
Attachments: Do not use attachments that are not recommended by the
product manufacturer or distributor.
•
Adjustments: Only use and adjust controls and perform procedures as
specified in this manual. Any other adjustments or procedures may expose you
to danger and void your warranty.
•
Installation and use: Improper use or installation may result in the risk of fire,
electric shock and/or injury. We assume no liability for any eventual damages
caused by improper use or incorrect handling.
•
Usage restriction: This product is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their
safety.
•
Children: Supervise young children to ensure they do not play with the
product.
SAFE USAGE
•
Location: Place the product on a straight, rigid and stable surface, away from
sources of direct sunlight or excessive heat.
•
Prevent overheating: Place the product in a sufficiently aerated place, allow-
ing at least 5 inches clearance at the back and top of the product, and 5 inches
on both sides, to prevent overheating. Do not place the product on top of an
other appliance that may cause overheating (for example, a receiver or amplifier).
•
Keep away from heat: Do not place the product near heat sources such as
radiators, heat registers, stoves or other appliances that produce heat.
•
Prevent damage: Do not place the product near other items that may damage
it, such as naked flame sources (lit candles) or objects containing water (a vase
or fish bowl).
•
Keep openings clear: Ensure that objects do not fall into the unit and prevent
any liquids from spilling into any openings.
•
This appliance is for
HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. No user-serviceable parts inside.
Do not attempt to service this product.
•
DO NOT use for deep frying.
•
NOTE: During initial use of this appliance, some slight smoke and/or odor may
be detected. This is normal with many heating appliances and will not recur
after a few uses. Only use with temperature control thermostat.
