Catros02-T BAG0078.3 03.14
When connecting or disconnecting implements, move the
support equipment (if available) to the appropriate position
(stability).
When activating the support equipment, there is a danger of
injury from crushing and/or cutting points!
Be particularly careful when connecting the implement to the
tractor or disconnecting it from the tractor! There are crushing
and cutting points in the area of the connection point between
the tractor and the implement.
It is prohibited to stand between the tractor and the implement
when actuating the three-point hydraulic system.
Connected supply lines:
must give without tension, bending or rubbing during all
movements when traveling, working in the field or folding /
unfolding the implement,
may not rub against other parts.
The release rope for quick action connections must hang loosely
but should not be able to be caught by any item and be able to
release itself.
Also ensure that the disconnected implement is stable!
Implement use
Before starting work, ensure that you understand all the
equipment and set-up elements of the implement and their
functions. There is no time for this when the implement is in
operation!
Do not wear loose-fitted clothing! Loose clothing increases the
risk of being caught by drive shafts and other sharp extruding
objects on the implement!
Only start-up the implement when all the safety equipment has
been attached and is in the safety position!
Comply with the maximum load of the connected implement and
the approved axle and support loads of the tractor. If necessary,
drive only with a partially filled hopper.
It is prohibited to stand in the working area of the implement.
It is prohibited to stand in the turning and rotation area of the
implement.
There are externally controlled crushing and cutting points near
the implement (e.g. hydraulic).
Only operate externally controlled implement parts when you are
sure that everyone is a safe distance away from the implement!
Secure the tractor against unintentional start-up and rolling
before you leave the tractor.
For this purpose:
lower the implement onto the ground
apply the parking brake
switch off the tractor engine
remove the key from the ignition
