Slide bearings of offset slide
(workshop work)
Replace slide bearing at approximately. 1/6 inch [4 mm] clearance.
To replace the slide bearings (Fig. 60/1), lower
the unfolded implement so that the slide bearings
are free of tension.
The disk units must touch the ground, but must
not support the weight of the implement!
If necessary, support the disk units!

Each disk unit has two slide bearings.
1. Release the locking bolt (Fig. 60/2) of the
sliding shaft (Fig. 60/3).
2. Drive the sliding shaft out of the bearing.
3. Remove the circlips from the slide bearing.
4. Replace the slide bearing.
5. Fit the circlips.
6. Reinstall the sliding shaft and secure with a
locking bolt.

Finishing roller (workshop work)
To replace the roller (Fig. 61/1), lower the un-
folded implement so that the roller is free from
tension.
1. Release locking bolt (Fig. 61/2).
2. Withdraw sleeve (Fig. 61/3).
3. Replace roller as required.
4. Fit sleeve.
5. Tighten locking bolt.
