How to start the
cooking process

The screen will indicate “Preheat”, and then “Ready”, when the preheat
temperature has been reached.
An “Action required” message is shown on the screen. Load food into the
oven and close the oven door.

If needed, touch the X icon to cancel the cooking process

During the cooking
process
The screen indicates the stages and the time remaining in each stage.
The oven will automatically switch to Cook when Preheat is complete, and switch
to Hold when Cook is complete.
Result
The oven is cooking, holding, and smoking in manual mode.
