acture will be exchanged or repaired
free of charge, if repaired directly b
y Alpha Heating Innovation or one of its appointed agents

Invoices f
or attendance and repair of the appliance by third par
ties will not be accepted by Alpha Heating Inno
vation.
This guarantee does not aff
ect your statutor
y rights
.
The warranty is valid pr
ovided that:

The system is fed from the pub
lic mains water supply
.
•
The cylinder has only been used for the stor
age of potable w
ater.
•
The system has not been subjected to frost damage, scaling, nor has it been tampered with or been subjected to misuse or
neglect.
•
The system has been serviced ann
ually.
•
The Benchmark Log Book has been filled in after each ann
ual service
.
•
The system has been correctly installed by a qualified and competent installer and as per the instr
uctions contained in the
Product Guide and all relevant Codes of Pr
actice and Regulations in force at the time of installation.
•
Any disinf
ection has been carried out in accordance with BS 6700.
•
The appliances have not been modified in an
y way other than b
y Alpha Heating Innovation or Alpha Heating Inno
vation
approved engineers
.
•
No factor
y-fitted parts ha
ve been remo
ved f
or unauthorised repair or replacement.
•
It has been installed in the UK. This guar
antee is not valid f
or installations outside the United Kingdom.
What this warranty does not cover
•
Free of charge repairs to appliances that ha
ve not been installed b
y a qualified and competent person.
•
Repairs to appliances that have not been installed and commissioned correctly
, as outlined in the installation instructions
.
•
Any damage caused b
y defects or f
ailures in the system, outside of the appliance itself.
•
The effects of scale b
uild up.
•
Faults caused b
y an inadequate supply of electricity or w
ater to the property
.
•
The replacement of any decor
ative par
ts such as badges, tr
im and case.
•
Compensation for consequential losses (e
.g. loss of ear
nings, b
usiness losses, stress and incon
venience ar
ising from a
production breakdown, including repair dela
ys caused by f
actors outside our reasonable control.

xperience a prob
lem with your heating system or the operation of y
our Alpha appliance

If your installer confir
ms that the fault is with y
our Alpha appliance and they cannot repair it because of a component f
ailure, our
customer service technical helpline is on hand to help

or advice or to book an engineer’s visit.
