Auto Negotiation —

Use this setting when connecting to a 1 or

10 Gbps link partner that is configured for Auto-Negotiation.
ANC10 Network Interface Card Series will attempt to detect the
maximum speed supported by the installed SFP module, and will
set the port speed to match. This is the default setting.
