Jumbo Packet
The Jumbo Packet property enables the network interface card to transmit
and receive oversized Ethernet frames that are greater than 1500 bytes,
but less than or equal to 9336 bytes in length. To increase the maximum
frame size, choose one of the values from the drop-down list.
To change the Jumbo Packet setting, do the following:
1. Access the Advanced Properties.
See “Accessing Advanced Properties” on page 54.
2. Select Jumbo Packet in the Property box.
The Jumbo Packet window is displayed as shown in Figure 30.

3. Select the desired jumbo frame size from the list. The options are:

1514 bytes. This is the default setting.

4088 bytes.

9014 bytes.

9336 bytes.
4. Click OK .
