To determine the correct number required in step 4 on
the previous page, review the chart below. Read Chart
3 from left to right. Each row begins with a two digit
number required in step 4.

Each number in the first column is followed by the
words ON or OFF in the following columns. The word
ON or OFF indicates if the option at the top of that
