In between of several camshaft revo-
lutions there are too many or too less
camshaft edges present or the distance
or the series of the camshaft edges is
unplausible. The defect debounce count-
er EpmCaS_ctErrSigDef is incremented
at each inplausible camshaft revolution,
reaches the counter the threshold
EpmCaS_numErrSigDef_C the error is
set. If the monitoring range is left, the
debounce counter is reseted.
In between of several camshaft revolutions there are too many or too
