Chapter 2

Configure the EtherNet/IP Communication Auxiliary Module

1. Type the IP address of the EtherNet/IP communication auxiliary 

module on the address line of the web browser.

2. Select EDS File link
3. Click Save to save the EDS file to the personal computer.

From the EDS File Download Site

The EDS file for the EtherNet/IP communication auxiliary module can also be 

downloaded from the Allen-Bradley EDS File download site. Using a web 

browser on the personal computer that is connected to the internet, you can 

download the EDS file by following these steps:

1. Type 

http://www.ab.com/networks/eds

 on the address line of the web 

browser.
