CHECK TO SEE THAT THE

PILOT IS IMPINGING ON THE

THERMOCOUPLE BULB,

APPROXIMATELY 3/8” TO 1/2”

CHECK THE THERMOCOUPLE SIGNAL TO

THERMOSTAT CONTROL VALVE. SIGNAL

SHOULD BE 13 TO 30 MILLIVOLTS WHEN

THERMOCOUPLE IS HOT

REPAIR OR

REPLACE PILOT

ASSEMBLY
