When the attendant uses the "Dial by name" feature, the system searches the system
directory, then, if the search is unsuccessful, a standard LDAP directory (if there is one).
Pressing any key on the alphabetical keyboard switches the attendant set to Dial by name
mode.
When the first letter of the name or of the initials is entered ("m", for example), the screen
displays the following:

When only one result corresponds to the search, the screen displays 1 answer.

the number of answers for this search and the corresponding list of users.
