RWF50 PARAMETER SETTING
Shown at the right is the Parameter level display.
The Actual Value display (red colored – the upper one), shows
the parameter’s actual value. The setpoint display, (green – the
lower one) shows the parameter yor are adjusting or viewing.
You can adjust the values for Pb1, q, HYS1, HYS2, HYS3, rt
and dt values depending on your specific configuration.
You can adjust the values, within limits, for SP1,SP2 and DsP, also view InP1 and Y depending on
your specific configuration.
To alter ‘SP1’, ‘SP2 and ‘DsP’ you can use the setting principle map. 0pr is displayed in the user
level. Press Enter and SP1 is displayed on the screen. Press Enter once and SP1 starts blinking. The
value can be set by using and and be confirmed by pressing .
The timeout period is 180 seconds and RWF 50 will accept the last confirmed value to be valid
whether if the parameter is not saved within this period.

For parameter setting of RWF50 Self-Tuning Function is recommended
Auto-tune is a self-setting software function, that is integrated into the RWF50 controller, and
can be repeated as often as desired. Auto-tune tests the reaction, in the modulating mode of
operation, of the-control loop, to steps in the actuator position, according to a special
procedure. The data, during the forced oscillations, is then recorded, and used to calculate
new values, that are optimized for your specific controlled system.
