PRESSURE SWITCH SETTINGS
AIR PRESSURE SWITCH
Stops the burner operation if the air feed for combustion is not enough. The
pressure adjustment must be made around 20% lower of the low fire air pressure
value. The CO emissions must be lower than 10000ppm in this setting condition.
Air Pressure Switch Type :
DUNGS GW10 A6
Setting interval : 2 - 10 mbar
GAS PRESSURE SWITCH
Gas pressure switch is a safety
device that that stops the burner in
case the gas pressure falls under
a certain value. The adjustment
value can be made as 3mbar or
as 20% lower of the gas line inlet
pressure corresponding to the min
capacity of the burner.
Gas Pressure Switch Types :
DUNGS GW50A6
Setting interval : 5 - 50 mbar
DUNGS GW150A5
Setting interval : 10 - 150 mbar
Connection must be
made to grey socket
for both switches.

SETTING OF THE PRESSURE SWITCHES
Deassemble the cover using necessary tools as shown in Figure 1.

Make the setting to the defined value by rotating the scaled knob as shown in Figure 2. The pressure
switch opens at the falling pressure value. ▲ sign shows the setting value. Assemble the cover back
onto the pressure switch.
