Use fluids and solvents that are compatible with equipment wetted parts. Refer to the
Chemical Compatibility List in this manual. Read fluid and solvent manufacturer’s
warnings. For complete information about your material, request SDS from distributor
or retailer.

Do not pour hot or boiling liquids into the tank. These can weaken or damage the hose
or tank.
o
When disinfecting, first clean the area with soap and water first before applying
disinfectant, especially in heavily soiled areas.
o
Do not turn on power to sprayer until ready to spray in order to avoid unintentional
spray release.
During spraying
o
Do not use while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of inattention while operating this product may result in serious injury.
o
Route hoses and power cords away from traffic areas, sharp edges, moving parts and
hot surfaces.
o
Do not leave the work area while equipment is energized.
o
Do not allow bystanders or children in the area while operating this product. Exposure
to chemicals can be hazardous.
o
Do not spray when wind speed exceeds 5 MPH in order to minimize spray drift.
o
Do not discharge directly against skin.
o
Post warning notices to restrict access for the period recommended on chemical label.
o
Do not eat, drink, smoke, rub your eyes, or touch your bare skin when handling
chemicals and spraying.
o
Do not spray where sparks or flame are present.
o
Never point spray wand at people, animals, or electrically charged equipment.
o
Exercise extra caution when spraying near area accessible to children and pets.
After spraying
o
Do not leave a pressure in the sprayer system. Discharge residual pressure after pump
has been turned off.
o
Do not store or leave solution in tank after use for extended periods. Consult with agent
supplier for guidance on specific agent use.
o
Store the sprayer in a secure, well-ventilated indoor space with the fluid tank empty.
o
Decontaminate yourself after use of sprayer and have sprayer cleaned. Wash all
exposed areas of the body with soap and water and remove and launder clothing.

The Akron FS100™ Portable Sprayer System shipping weight is 90 lbs. and 130 lbs. with battery.
Move and lift the shipping container using the appropriate method.

Maintain this product. Thoroughly inspect both the inside and outside of the sprayer and
examine the components before each use. Check for cracked and deteriorated hoses, leaks,
clogged nozzles, and missing or damaged parts. If damaged, have the product repaired before
use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained products.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use a chemical in a manner that is not in accordance with its
label.
