3. In the Network Connections window, right-click on the network adapter from which you
will connect to the Air 4240 (Wireless Network Connection, Local Area Connection) and
select
Properties
.
4. Right-click on
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and select Properties.
5. In the
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties
window click on the
Use the following IP
address
button and enter an address in the 192.168.2.1 – 192.168.2.253 range in the
IP
address
field.
6. The
Subnet mask
field will have a default value of 255.255.255.0. You do not need to
change this value.
7. Click the
OK
button at the bottom of the window
1. Go to
Start -> Control Panel.
2. Select
Network and Sharing Center.
