One Year Limited Warranty
Congratulations on your purchase of an Airocide® Photocatalytic Air
Purification System! This system, developed by NASA, is the most advanced
and effective airborne pathogen reduction system available.
Akida Holdings LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is pleased
to offer the first Purchaser of an Airocide® Air Purification Systems a
12-month Limited Warranty, starting from the date of the initial purchase,
regardless of when the unit is placed into service, and subject to the
following Terms and Conditions.
Terms & Conditions
1. The Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.
The Company shall determine if the unit has a defect in material or
workmanship. The Company or its authorized Franchisee, Dealer,
Distributor, or designated agent (collectively referred to as “Authorized
Representative”) shall repair or replace the defective components
or units, at their discretion, if the defect is solely the result of faulty
material and/or workmanship.
2. If the unit is found not to be defective, the Purchaser, if it so desires,
may make arrangements to have the unit repaired by the Company or its
Authorized Representative. Charges for repairs of this nature, if carried
out, will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
3. Any part of the unit that needs to be repaired or replaced will be
replaced with functionally operative parts, either new or refurbished,
and the defective part(s) will become the property of the Company.
4. In order to repair the Airocide® unit and restore it to a fully operational
condition, the Company or its Authorized Representative may alter the
