Operation of the Airocide® System
To ensure proper operation of your Airocide® Air Purification System, you
must observe the following operating parameters:
• Continual Operation
– Airocide® Air Purification Systems are designed
for continual operation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For maximum
effectiveness, once you start your system, do not turn it off.
• Ambient Environmental Temperatures
- Airocide® Systems are
engineered to function within an ambient air temperature range of
34°F - 95°F (1oC - 35 oC). For environments in which the average
ambient temperature is outside of this range, consult your authorized
Airocide® dealer prior to installation.
• Air Conditioning & Climate Control Systems
– In situations where the
air conditioning or climate control system is turned off to a building or
room in which an Airocide® System is operating, resulting in ambient
temperatures that exceed the Airocide® operating range, it is essential
that the Airocide® System be powered off when the air conditioning
or climate control system is turned off. Failure to do so may cause
irreparable harm to electronic components and void the warranty.
• Power Quality
– The Airocide® System is designed to operate within
an electrically clean 100-240VAC single phase electrical environment.
In certain circumstances, the power management software will allow
the unit to operate outside of this range. However, if your environment
experiences frequent fluctuations in voltage, or if there is significant
noise in the power line, it will be necessary to employ a voltage
stabilizer to achieve consistent continual operation of the Airocide®
System and to protect the unit from irreparable damage. Consult your
Airocide® Dealer for more information.
