ommissioning
Start-up and Commissioning
Conditions:
Procedure:
1.
Make sure that all connections are tight and
there is no leak.
2.
Push the On/Off switch located on the right
side of the appliance.
î
When in the ON position, the
switch remains pushed in and is
illuminated.
î
When starting the appliance for the
first time after installation, the con-
troller will open the Commissioning
Wizard automatically. This wizard pro-
cess only appears once, provided that
the function is disabled (set to “Off’)
at completion of the process. To by-
pass it, activate “Continue” or “Skip”
displayed at the bottom of the screen,
until you reach the end of the process.
3.
If required, perform the commissioning set-
ting of the appliance, following the instruc-
tions displayed on the screen. Refer to
“Commissioning Wizard” on page I-56
for
more information and a list of the settings.

Perform the combustion adjustments. Refer to the
procedure on the right.

Procedure:
1.
Remove the inspection cover
OR
the top
panel to get access to the gas valve. Refer to
“Opening and Closing the Front Door and
Access Panels” on page I-29
.
2.
Allow the appliance to operate for a few minutes.
3.
Connect the flue gas analyser probe to the
measuring port of the flue gas pipe.
4.
Check CO
2
contents in the flue gas at max
output as follows:

Select and activate the
icon

Select “
Special operations (1/3)
”
î
Set “
Chimney sweep function
” to “
on
”.
î
Set “
Burner output
” to “
Full load
”.
î
Check the CO
2
contents, and compare
the values with those in the technical
specifications (See
“Combustion Data”
on page G-17).

If the value is outside the range, adjust
the combustion value by turning the gas
valve shutter
screw (
5
)
in small steps, to
allow the value to stabilise before perform-
ing additional adjustments
.
- Rotate clockwise (to the right) to de-
crease the CO
2
rate.
- Rotate counter-clockwise (to the left) to
increase the CO
2
rate.
