3 Product description
3.1 General information
AHT products meet the requirements of the EU directive 1907/2006 (REACH) concerning the regis-
tration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of Chemicals. In the product design, the manufac-
turer has considered the environmental and disposal friendliness of the units.
Neither the refrigerant R-290 nor the propellant pentane (for the insulating foam) have an Ozone
Depletion Potential (ODP).
R-290 has a very low Global Warming Potential ( (GWP) of 3.
