2.4 Personal protective equipment
Personal protective equipment must be worn when starting up and operating
the actuator to minimize exposure to a variety of hazards.

When working, always wear protective equipment that is required for the
kind of work being carried out.

Observe the instructions regarding protective equipment displayed in the
work area.
The symbols have the following meaning:
Industrial protective clothing
Industrial protective clothing is tightly fitting clothing with low tear strength,
tightly fitting sleeves and no protruding parts. Its main function is to protect
against being caught by moving components.
Do not wear rings, necklaces or other jewelry.
Safety shoes
Wear anti-skid safety shoes to protect yourself from heavy, falling parts or
slipping on slick surfaces.
Protective gloves
Wear protective gloves to protect your hands against contacting hot surfaces
or chemical substances.
