5.7.2 Cleaning the Pneumatic System Sockets
Damaged connection sockets must be replaced with new ones. Remember that these
elements become unreliable if the gaskets are damaged and it is dangerous to use the
machine without replacing them with new ones. Before winter, all sealing gaskets of
vertical auger feed mixer should be specially preserved. (Such as protection of rubber
elements with silicone oil)
Before connecting the vertical auger feed mixer, make sure that the tractor sockets
are technically in good condition, and if necessary, make sure to clean them.
5.8 Vertical Auger Feed Mixer Components to
be Lubricated
Some points on the AGL INDUSTRIES TWISTER VT model vertical auger feed mixer should be
lubricated regularly to avoid compromising on mechanical efficiency. The parts that need to
be regularly lubricated on the machine are indicated with the label given below. The parts with
the recommendation of lubrication on the vertical auger feed mixer should be lubricated with
the help of a hand or foot-operated grease gun. Before starting the lubrication process with
sufficient amount of grease, first remove the old grease and then fill the new oil.
The hub grease in the wheel hub bearings should be changed with the help of an authorized
service using the appropriate tools. The hub must be removed and lubricated taking into
consideration the recommendations of the axle manufacturer. It is recommended that the
lubrication of axle bearings of AGL Industries TWISTER VT model machines is carried out by
the service once in 2 years.
Vertical Auger Feed Mixer Lubrication Point Notification Label
The lubrication recommendations for the parts on which the above label is located
on the machine must be observed.
