2.1.6 SAFE DRIVING
Special sensitivity is required during use of the machine on rough
and muddy terrains.
Sharp turning while the machine is attached to the tractor causes serious
problems.
It is important to observe the general road rules on public roads.
Never exceed the machine's speed limits, these limits are given on
labels on the machine.
You should not remove the reflectors on the machine. In case of
removal, place the warning triangle on the rear of the machine.
Never climb on the machine while the machine is moving with the
tractor attached.
Park the machine to a flat surface so that it is not affected by
environmental factors such as rain etc.
Depending on the machine dimensions, attention should be paid to blind
spots that may occur during maneuvering.
The water of the air tanks in the pneumatic system should be drained
periodically. Freezing of water can damage the pneumatic system.
When parking the machine, do not forget to put the trailer chocks in front of
tires of the machine.
2.1.7 SAFE USE AND
MAINTENANCE OF TIRES
When the machine is parked, chocks should be placed in front of the tires
to prevent the machine from moving.
Maintenance work on tires must only be carried out by authorized personnel.
From the initial use of vertical auger feed mixer, check the tightness of the
nuts of tires according to the operating condition under load, once in every
1000 km and once in every 6 months.
Avoid sharp maneuvers while the vertical auger feed mixer is loaded and
be careful when moving on rough terrain.
Pressure of the tires should be checked regularly.
After an intense working day, pressure of the tires and tightness of the
nuts should be checked.
Please note that the high temperatures that may occur in your region
can increase the tire pressure by 1 bar. Reduce pressure, load or speed
at high temperatures.
