Red FAIL LED ON
All LEDs OFF
After Doing These Checks:

LED is the only
LED ON, go to Software
Installation Checks.

If all three LEDs are ON, go
to Software Configuration
Checks.

If all three LEDs are OFF,
contact Agilent.*
