WARNING

This section explains the safety precautions when you operate the spinstand.

E5010B HLM-Spindle Stage

When you power on the spinstand, Do Not stick your fingers near the HLM-Spindle Stage
in the following precautionary points.

•

The HLM- Spindle stage is equipped with a terminal guide.

When the stage is moving, DO NOT put your fingers in between the HLM- Spindle
stage and the guide terminal (rubber bushing).
