INSTALLATION
HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS
Rigid Models - SS7400 (Fig. 22)
1. With valve block securely mounted on frame,
install three straight fittings in valve block. Install
angle fitting in Port T1.
2. Disconnect existing hose from base end of
cylinder and reconnect to Port T1 (pressure).
3. Disconnect existing hose from rod end of
cylinder and reconnect to Port T2 (return).
4. Using both 3/8” x 48” hoses from bundle:
- Connect Port A to base end of cylinder.
- Connect Port B to rod end of cylinder.
5. Ensure all fittings are tight.
6. Use plastic ties to secure hoses away from
moving parts.
Folding Models - SS7400 (Fig. 23)
1. With valve block securely mounted on frame,
install three straight fittings in valve block. Install
angle fitting in Port T1.
2. Disconnect existing hose from base end of
cylinder and reconnect to Port T1 (pressure).
3. Disconnect existing hose from rod end of
cylinder and reconnect to Port T2 (return).
4. Install 48” hose between Port A and check valve
at base end of center cylinder.
Note: Remaining 48” hose is not used.
5. Connect existing hose from tractor to Port T1.
6. Disconnect hoses form tractor to rod end of
cylinders. Discard connector.
7. Connect hose from tractor to Port T2.
8. Connect hose from rod ends of cylinders to Port
B.
9. Ensure all fittings are tight.
10. Use plastic ties to secure hoses away from
moving parts.
