Tighten the mounting bolts securely.

After the canister strap is installed use thick or 
thin CA to securely glue the pipe mounting 
doublers in place.

Cinch the nylon tie around the canister tube 
and tighten securely.  Ensure that the nylon tie 
does not touch the metal surface of the canister 
tube and is properly insulated by the silicon 
tubing as shown below.

Cut off excess tie as shown.
