a. remove the plate covering on the fuselage under the stabilizer. disconnect route of the

elevator trim. see figure 4-4 N.10

b.  disconnect the five hinges between stabilizer and elevator.
c.  Unscrew and remove all struts and holders shown in figure 4-4 N.3, 4, 5, 6, 9
d.  Disconnect and remove the elevator control rod.
e.  Remove elevator from fuselage

f.

For re-installation repeat the above in the reverse order

Caution

DO NOT REUSE SELF-LOCKING NUTS!
