Maintenance
8.1
Cable and grounding inspection
Please check the device’s cable and grounding connections each month.
1.
Check and tighten the RF cable connections with a torque wrench.
2.
All device cables connectors should be tightly secured.
3.
The equipment is in good grounding condition.
8.2
Device exterior cleaning
Please clean and maintain the device and its accessories very month. Over time, dust will
accumulate on the surface of the device, or some dirt may remain on the surface of the device,
so the equipment needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly.
Please power off the device before the cleaning and maintenance.

Chamber cleaning. Use a soft, damp and clean rag. Wipe off dust and dirt from the
surface.
2.
Instrument rack and instrument cleaning. Use a soft, damp and clean rag. Wipe off dust
and dirt from the surface.
3.
Computer cleaning. Use a soft, damp and clean rag. Wipe off dust and dirt from the
surface.
4.
The cables routing.
a.
Cables routing should be neat, and tidy.
b.
All cables should be firmly secured.
c.
Cables are clearly labelled.
d.
Check for signs for cable damage.
