Maintenance of grease filter

To carry out the maintenance, proceed as follows:
The filter cells are made of aluminium wire weave and each air filter cell is equipped with an
integrated grease collecting tray.
• Wash out filter cells every 3-6 months in a cleaning bath and clean grease collecting tray.
Maintenance of HEPA filter
Refer to the relevant documentation provided for information on maintenance.

Heater section
Commissioning of heater section (LPHW)

In doing so, be sure to observe the safety information on page 24 and page 25.
The following commissioning steps must be carried out:
• Check that the configuration of the water inlet and outlet connections is correct.
• Counter flow principle with water inlet on the air outlet side.
• Check that shut-off devices and other fixtures have been installed correctly.
• Open air vents if automatic air vents have not been installed.
• Fill the system starting at the lowest point to prevent air cushions and water surges.
• Slightly open air vents and wait until water has filled the heat exchanger.
• Fully open air vents.
• Close air vents; if the levels are different: close air vents gradually until the water
discharged is free of air.
• Switch on primary and secondary pump, check rotational direction and operate the
system for a fairly long time.
• Reverse the position of the control valves (three-way valves).
• Perform another check by opening the air vents again.
• Check for tightness.
• Regulate the operation of the frost sensor to prevent over-conditioning.
