Using the remote
• Point the remote directly at the remote sensor on the front of the machine – not at the connected devices.
• The coverage of the remote is no more than 7 metres to the remote sensor on the front of the machine.
• The coverage of the remote also depends on the lighting in the room.
• Glare (sun or artificial light) must not fall directly on the remote sensor. Glare can have a negative affect on the
effectiveness of the remote.
• Please ensure that no obstacles lie between the remote and the remote sensor on the front of the machine.
• Do not use remotes from several devices at the same time, since they may have a negative effect on each other.
• Only press button at a time on the remote.
• High voltage devices and devices which emit high frequency signals can negatively influence the functions of
the remote.
Disposal of batteries
If you replace the batteries, ensure that the used batteries are disposed of in accordance with the applicable
regulations. Do not dispose of the batteries with domestic waste. When changing the batteries, dispose of them in
accordance with the applicable regulations.
They should be deposited at the collection point provided. Only by doing this can they be safely disposed of in an
environmentally friendly manner. Do not bury or burn the batteries.
