/TUNE-:

DVD
: Whilst the disc is playing, press the
/TUNE- button five times in succession, in order to rewind the
disc which is currently playing with increasing speed.
• Radio
: If using the machine as a radio, press the
/TUNE- button to adjust the frequency of a waveband
downwards.
6.
MENU
: Whilst the DVD disc is playing, press the MENU button to show the menu for the current disc on the
screen.
7. TITLE
: Whilst the disc is playing, press the TITLE button to open (show on the screen) the title menu of the cur-
rently playing title (Film)

L/R/LANG:
•
VCD- or CD-Disc
: Whilst a VCD- or CD-Disc is playing, press the L/R/LANG button to select the audio chan-
nel (audio mode) option.
• DVD
:
Whilst the DVD disc is playing, press the L/R/LANG button, to select the available audio (dialogue,
synchronisation) languages. The range of audio languages depends on the DVD itself.

DISPLAY
: Whilst the disc is playing, press the DISPLAY button, to show the screen information on the current disc.

PAUSE
: Press the II PAUSE button, to temporarily pause the disc.

(Navigation buttons Up, Down, Right, Left): Press the Navigation buttons to move the cursor (high-
lighting) within the menu.
12.
SETUP
: Whilst the disc is playing or after it has been paused by pressing the
STOP button, press the SETUP
button, to open or close the system setup menu SETUP.
13.
CLEAR
: Press the CLEAR button to clear the entries e.g. in the program menu.
14.
PROGRAM
: Whilst a DVD- or VCD/CD-Disc is playing, press the PROGRAM button to open a program menu,
through which you can create your own play list.
15.
RESET
: Press the factory setting button RESET, to restore the factory settings (defaults) of the device and thus
to cancel all user defined changes to the system settings.
16.
ZOOM
: Press the ZOOM button, to enlarge or reduce the current picture.
17.
PAL/NTSC
: Press the PAL/NTSC button, to select an option for the TV-Standard/ colour transmission system
(PAL, AUTO or NTSC).
18.
EJECT
: Press the EJECT button, to open or close the disc tray.
19.
SAVE
: When using the machine as a radio, press the SAVE button to save the station frequency under a
specific memory location.

MO/ST
: When using the machine as a radio press the MO/ST button, to switch between mono and stereo recep-
tion of the current station.

CH+/

: Whilst a disc is playing, press the Skip button CH+/
, to skip to the next title, chapter, Soundtrack or
the next file.

Radio
: When using the machine as a radio, press the CH+/
button, to select the next stored radio station.

/CH-, to skip to the previous title, chapter, soundtrack
or the previous file.

(0-9/10+):

: Using the digit buttons 0-9/10+, you can enter the numbers of titles, chapters, soundtracks, files,
menu items, time etc. directly.
