6.1 Introduction
The PCA-6008 features single Gigabit Ethernet network interface. With the Realtek
RTL8111B GbE controller designed-in, PCA-6008 implements the PCI Express host
interface (PCI-E X1) in LAN connection with the maximum throughput of 2Gbps for
heavy-duty industrial network application.

6.3 Installation
The PCA-6008's Realtek RTL8111B Gigabit integrated controller supports all major
network operating systems. However, the installation procedure varies with different
operating systems. In the following sections, refer to the one that provides driver
setup procedure for the operating system you are using.
Note! Before installing the LAN drivers, make sure the CSI utility has been installed
on your system. See Chapter 4 for information on installing the CSI utility.
