The cleaning fluid source should have at least 20 psi
available. If acid cleaning, follow the instructions supplied
with the acid solution carefully.

When the procedure is complete, reinstall all water lines to
original factory orientation. Restart the unit and check for
proper operation.

Note:

this procedure is not normal maintenance.

Maintaining proper water quality and filtration will
minimize the need to back flush the evaporator.

DIP SWITCH ADJUSTMENT

The 5 position DIP switch is located on

the lower right side of the CPU
board

(figure 5.8A).

The switches are used to set
options for machine operation.

The switches should only be
changed when the instrument is
turned OFF.
