Attach Heater Block

Heater Block and Cable

BK-2001 (Existing Heater Block) 

Locate the existing heater block and screws. 
 

3.4.1b

 

HK-9500 (New Heater Block) 

Connect the heater cable assembly of the new 
heater block to the jet cable. 

 

3.4.2

 

Position the Heater Block 

Align the pins in the heater block with the heater 
seal as shown below. 

3.4.3

 

Attach the Heater Block 

Apply Loctite 243 to the tips of the two heater 
block screws and attach the heater block (#1PH).
